GarGeon won RM 3.67M of work in 12 months
GarGeon had no website and no way to track enquiries. We built both, then ran their Google Ads. Here is what their own sales records show.
Aug 2025 – Jul 2026 · RM 62,611 Google Ads spend · 516 deals won worth RM 3,667,384 in GarGeon's own sales records · 61.9% = 516 won of 833 settled · same 12 months, not a causal claim
01 · Nothing online at all
GarGeon had no website. Nobody could find them on Google. Enquiries were written down by hand, and new work came from people they already knew.
- No website. People searching for waste services could not find them.
- Enquiries were tracked by hand, so some were never followed up.
- Other waste companies were already paying for Google Ads.
02 · What we found
People in Kuala Lumpur and Johor were already typing waste questions into Google every month. GarGeon did not show up for any of them.
03 · Build it, then advertise, then earn the free traffic
We built the website and the tracking first. Only then did we turn on ads. The slower work — showing up in Google without paying — started last, because it takes months to pay off.
- Built the website and set it up so every enquiry gets recorded
- Connected their CRM, the system that follows a sale from first enquiry to payment
- Ran Google Ads on the exact searches buyers in KL and Johor make
- Started SEO, the work that gets you into Google results without paying, plus one article a month
04 · The numbers, and where they come from
This covers the 12 months from August 2025 to July 2026. The ad spend comes from Google Ads. The deals come from GarGeon's own sales records over the same 12 months. GarGeon also wins work through people they know, so we are not saying every ringgit came from an ad. Before we started in mid-2025 they had no website, so there is nothing to compare month against month.
“Before” is what was on record when we started. Where it reads “Not recorded”, “None” or “No website”, nothing was being tracked — it does not mean the business was at zero.
